01.07.2013: Innovensys opens office in the Netherlands

With our head office in Germany, Innovensys is expanding its network by opening a branch office in the Netherlands to serve international clients in the Benelux countries. The new office in Baarle-Nassau supports our consultants operating from this location, and is literally situated at the border (within 5 meters) between the Netherlands and Belgium.

Although being a relatively small municipality, Baarle-Nassau was an obvious choice for different reasons. It is centrally located in the Benelux countries and relatively close to the international ports such as Rotterdam and Antwerp that attract multinationals, as well as the Brainport Eindhoven Region, a top technology breeding ground for innovation and home to knowledge institutes and research institutions.

Moreover, the border's complexity of the Belgian enclaves in Baarle-Nassau, which historically results from a number of equally complex medieval treaties, agreements and land-swaps of two Dukes, resulted into two nations that live together, understand and respect each other and partner shoulder-to-shoulder.
