Learn-Apply-Review Approach
Training, for training’s sake alone, rarely produces results. For this reason, we harness the power of our Learn-Apply-Review approach to combine true knowledge transfer with results delivery. An Innovensys method expert teaches the theory using various examples, followed directly by team-based application to a simulated-based case study. The results are directly reviewed with the participants.
The simulation-based case study is the most appropriate and enjoyable way of educating quality and innovation disciplines. Innovensys’ simulation-based case studies are developed in a way that participants would directly experience the pitfalls of method application. They offer an exciting and highly effective means of educating the methods and tools in an environment which directly reflects the participant’s own development or production environment. It makes the training relevant and memorable, providing greater value to the participants.
Combined Training, Coaching and Tool Application Workshops™
The Learn-Apply-Review approach is also applied between the modular training sessions, where participants apply their learning in business-related projects. Based on experience of many deployments, Innovensys recommends a combination of modular training, coaching and Tool Application Workshops™. This combination guarantees maximum learning, immediate tangible results, and clients become faster self-sufficient.
