Focused Application for Tangible Results

Tool Application Workshops™

Innovensys offers focused Tool Application Workshops to directly help clients with the application of structured innovation or quality disciplines to achieve immediate and tangible results. These Tool Application Workshops™ can be used in conjunction with a larger deployment in between training sessions, as a stand-alone series of workshops, or as jump-start to pilot a deployment initiative.

Tool Application Workshops™ help clients to accelerate project results by bringing cross-functional subject matter experts together to jointly define and tackle critical problems in a structured way. To ensure full support from all experts required, management is involved in selecting and scoping the project, defining the objectives, as well as reviewing and approving the proposals for implementation. Using the knowledge of the key subject matter experts, the most relevant tools are applied in multiple focused and facilitated workshop events.

Team working in a tool application workshop

An Innovensys method expert first teaches the tool and demonstrates its application on hand of examples. Under facilitation by the method expert, the workshop participants then directly apply their learning to the product/process under investigation, followed by a final review. This approach eliminates bureaucracy, delivers immediate and tangible results and also guarantees maximum learning.

Project Coaching

Innovensys offers coaching and mentoring of our quality and innovation disciplines to all levels of improvement professionals. Project coaching accelerates the ability to complete successful projects in the short term, but very importantly, it increases the potential to lead organizational change in the long term. Personalized coaching often has the most significant impact on the effectiveness of change agents and their value to the organization.

We work with you to customize a coaching program that fits best to your situation. We can help your quality of innovation initiative get started, help you go enterprise-wide, re-energize an existing program, or help get a stalled effort restarted. Face-to-face onsite sessions tend to get the fastest and most effective result. However, given the realities of today’s global business, we have developed remote coaching methods: our experts are also available via email and telephone.
